As part of my main duties, I manage entire HR operations, including hiring, training, and employee development. I deliver support in designing and training protocol for new performance development process that change focus from strengths/weakness analyses to provide feedback to employee for impact on the company. In this position, I tasked with overseeing HR systems and Teams, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with regulations. I coordinated efforts in the design of on-boarding procedures and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. Oversaw benefit and compensation programmes to keep the workforce motivated. Management of the HR Team and functions aprox. 60 fte. Managed total HC of 5.000C employees which included US/ Mexico and Finland. Delivered active functional support in restructuring plan and aided the close of the manufacturing plant in Pori, Finland. Directed the successful implementation of cost saving plan of $3M. Led the smooth execution of the closing of the offices in Mexico.

Executed change management strategies to drive operational excellence. Aligned with the HR effectiveness team on all areas of change, data quality and systems. I improved employee skills and industry knowledge through training and development. Maintained, recorded, and updated HR database for future reference. Managed HR teams of 45 fte. Championed launch of succession plan for all senior management positions within the region NSC. Executed a graduate scheme for engineers.

In this position, I managed global transformation HR project called HR Without Borders. Directed the execution of global HR processes and procedures related to performance management, job classification, talent management and review, and mobility policies. Managed a project team of 10 fte with internal and external consultants. Championed the launch of a new global HR system called HRWeB. Managed an annual budget of $ 2.5M.
