Managed assigned projects at moron Air force Base, Moron Spain. Flight line strategic fueling station. Took this project over and worked with several different sub-contractors and vendors in several different countries. Managed large fuel farm storage tanks. Gas freed all tanks, removed all piping, pumps,valves and secured tanks for decomissioning.

Todd employed 2600 employees on days and approximately 1500 on the night shift. All the crafts were involved in this operation. Each department had a General Foreman, assistant general foreman foremen and lead men.
