Dr. Frank Albert has spent over 15 years working both in the private sector and the defesne and foreign policy community on Asia-related issues with significant experience in national security policy analysis and strategic planning.Dr. Albert started his career as a research fellow in Stanford University and then served as policy advisor at U.S. Department of State. After completing a 3-year term at the State, Dr. Albert joined the RAND Corporation and served as a political scientist. In 2006, Dr. Albert took the position as senior advisor for East Asia policy at U.S. Department of Defense. He returned to the private sector and co-founded a consulting practice in 2011.Dr. Albert received his bachelor's degree in history from Cornell University and master's degree in Asian Studies from Johns Hopkins University. He later earned his doctorate in political science from Stanford.
