I’ve been in the restaurant hospitality business for many years . Started very young growing my career over the years in the front and back of the house after culinary school to an Executive Chef. Retired in 2006 and started a new career as a food broker for an Italian specialty manufacturer for 6 years. 2012 moved into another role for Agar Food Service as a Territory Sales Manager for a few years until Reinhart Foodservice acquired Agar and I moved into the roll of Sales Consultant for 6 years before Performance Food Service acquired Reinhart and now I’ve been an Area Manager to present . I would say I’m very well rounded in this industry for over 20 years of experience from all aspects of restaurant hospitality front and back of house and now on the sales end of it for the past 18 years. My career is very rewarding… being able to forward my experience along to my clients and have them benefit from it tends to build greater bonds and stronger relationships that turn into partnerships.Value added , makes it all worth it !
