I am is passionate about these experiences because a great user-centric design enhances the experience vastly and keeps people coming back for more.As Retail/ Mixed-Use Director at DKO Architecture, I provide direction and leadership for our Australian, New Zealand and South-East Asia teams to create user-centric environments and experiences with retailer-based planning and design foundations. I have contributed to the significant evolution of shopping and lifestyle experiences during my 20+ year career via the design of some of the world's most highly regarded retail-led mixed-use property assets. I integrate planning, architecture, urban, landscape and industrial design to create an experience that celebrates the desires of operators, investors, and end-users. I thoroughly believe a user-centric design process is the key to collective successes, vibrant social spaces and unlocking value for all.
