Comvoda Communications provided me with training and experience in structured cabling that included installation, testing and repair of CAT 5, 5e, 6 and fiber optic cables. As an apprentice, I performed electrical assembly, wire wrapping, and testing using drawings, floor plans and blue prints for Ethernet and voice connections. In this position, I traveled to out of state job sites as needed. Business slowed and everyone was layed off. No longer in business.

Syniverse acquired the section of business and all associated employees for Cellular clearing from EDS, causing my role as an EDS employee of more than 10 years to transition/continue as a Syniverse employee. My last position here was working in Intercarrier Settlement Services Production Group as a Data Analyst Team Leader for the clearing of cellular roaming calls and the settlement of clearing houses. I created the Syniverse settlement reports of call records processed/exchanged with other clearing houses and worked as a direct clearinghouse customer and billing vendor contacts on all production related issues on 7 by 24 hr. coverage. In this capacity, I analyzed system functions and processes that could be improved and implemented changes as they became ready. Previously, I was a Production Supervisor of Rating for all three shifts. Scheduling time of the employees under me to meet the needs of customer billing cycles, I rose to the position of Team Leader and Problem Area Coordinator and then to Supervisor quickly. With in the company, I transferred to the EDS clearinghouse to broaden experience of my cellular career. Process improvement is one of my strong points. I have experience working with SAP interface as a user for time tracking.
