Frank Anteri a Detail-oriented, highly productive Construction/Design/Development Management Professional. After serving our country in the United States Navy (where Frank achieved his degree in Structural Engineering through correspondence courses and then at San Diego State). Frank went on to work in class “A” structures (“Skyscrapers” in NYC), shortly Frank discovered his passion for Construction Management and Development where he has led Real Estate, Design and Construction Development Departments for National Brands such as; Baja Fresh Mexican Grill, Walmart, PF Chang’s, Pei Wei and Smoothie King. He has held PE licenses as well as GC license’s in Multiple states. He possesses extensive experience in Real Estate Development, large-budget construction Leadership/Management, Multifamily Construction and Facilities (including R&D), having completed several multi-faceted projects. His experience as a proven leader, has been demonstrated in his ability to lead teams and develop Brands through his negotiating skills as well as astute budget and personnel management, all while consistently completed projects within stated times and fiscal targets. Under his leadership his teams, have implementing innovative yet sound solutions to issues to stay on schedule and on budget.
