Provide technical and general support to the studio and the 40 remote government schools. Specific duties will include the following: Logging In-coming reports on Technical issues in remote schools both manually and or electronically Tracking and following up on all technical issues to ensure they are resolved and properly closed  Answering/responding to in-coming calls from remote schools Support in Data entry and server based storage documentation maintenance Support in IT troubleshooting and providing remote assistance to facilitators Uploading documentation to server based and web platforms Support in the maintenance of studio and remote school systems Perform other duties as requested by direct & dotted reporting line managers / supervisors
