We have an extensive control room operation and this monitors all security and safety systems within the centre. The Customer Support Desk operations include gift card sales and customer enquiries. The car park management covers three locations holding over three thousand vehicles. Evaluation of the team and procedures is integral to ensure the team delivers a first class service at all times through training and mentoring of team members.

I was the Customer Support Manager at Liverpool ONE from April 2008. I was responsible for the design and recruitment of the team and assignment instructions for this new site. It is a 42 acre regeneration of Liverpool which is a multi-tenanted site comprising retail, leisure, office and private accommodation. Using state of the art equipment to ensure we give effective coverage to the whole of the site. Large scale events were regularly held and I was central in the operational set up and running of these events. We deliverd first rate customer care to all visitors to Liverpool ONE and as such we strengthened the brand.
