After 25 years of professional experience of developing micro finance projects, I have the opportunity to work in developing micro finance projects for non-profits or agencies that want to set up micro lending organizations. Micro lending projects are the new strategies in helping low-income families that cannot obtain financial help from regular financial institutions. Microfinance institutions are the up and coming in this new economy.

Working in Douglas, Arizona soliciting volunteers to help staff the Douglas Democratic Committee Headquarters. Responsible to recruit and train Douglas volunteers to staff the phone lines; distribute political literature, and canvass neighborhoods.

Cultivated and promoted volunteer services to get the vote out in Cochise CountyCoordinated and prioritized the activities of volunteers to get Douglas residents registered to vote in the general election.

Created and executed a rural strategic plan for Arizona.Responsible for the management and supervision of recruitment and testing of 5000 applicants to fill Local Census Office.Implemented and evaluated the recruiting plan to ensure adequate numbers of qualified applicants.Conducted the recruitment process to assure that applicants are identified and tested.Recruited and selected and trained 13 Recruiting Assistants and 8 Recruitment Clerks.Monitored the applicant pool to ensure it contains sufficient numbers of qualified applicants to fill all field and office positions in all geographic areas of the Local Census Office.Responsible for Tract Action Plan (TAP) as a point of contact. Assigned to update and deliver TAP to Denver Regional Office.
