My current position at AT&T since 2007, at AT&T Labs performing as the QA Analyst for both FE call usage converter applications, Landline and Wireless FENAP, which stream call statistical information for Data Warehouse storage and Fraud Analysis. Also the QA Analyst for GFMS (Global Fraud Monitoring System) to ensure conditions are met for call data records to be filtered into potential fraud architecture. All AT&T customer and Mobility Ordering and Equipment data is also analyzed for potential fraud. Work closely with the Business Analysts (user group leads) and Design team (lead developers) to ensure adherence to requirements and user needs. Previous position at AT&T National Local Platform from 2004 through 2006 as a QA Analyst for wholesale/resale phone rep and online applications prior to merger with SBC.

Added to the new development team as the build manager for a telecommunication wholesale/resale project. Assumed the roles as the Unix environment administrator and QA manager for the ordering application. Devised and created multiple environments for development, integration and testing using Orbix socket IDs, MQ Series Message Queues, Oracle instances and Unix directory structure with environment variable disambiguation. When the application was implemented at MCI as a Y2K solution, I loaded, built and configured the POC and later trained the MCI Unix team. It was then engineered with return/response order ability and implemented at SBC as their wholesale/resale solution to accept orders from all potential CLEC requests. SBC created its own CLEC, ASI, that also utilized the newly installed component. I was the one chosen to work at New Haven for 6 months to facilitate the new SBC development and administrations teams to complete the success of the tailored application. I also trained their UNIX administration and QA teams.

Employed as a minicomputer operator from 1976. In 1978 promoted to Crossbar engineering reporting project in the same computer district. In 1982 promoted to computer center operations support and then Assistant Computer Center Manager in 1988 where the center grew to 3 floors of over 150 mincomputers at the Pearl St MOC in downtown NYC.In 1993, took a lateral programming position where I designed, coded, tested and monitored the Billing and Service Order Voice Response systems for the entire New York and New England companies. The software employed to program the application was an Object Oriented, Event Driven language called Services Creation Language, created by the Science and Technology group at NYNEX. Also maintained the mainframe transaction interface and ICRIS SNA emulators to retrieve billing and service order information to speak to the phone customer on the calls. This application saved the company reps over 1 million calls per year during my tenure until my early retirement package in 1997.
