I am a mental health counselor who focuses on Black and Brown children who are under the global system of racism and white supremacy. Non white children being oppress, subjugation and disenfranchised only to elicit trauma bonding and generation trauma. My mission is to empower black and brown boy’s help them create innovative solutions. Educate them to their history not his-story. Create an environment that focus of self love, self esteem, and self determination. Someone once told me “ To remember who you are, you need to forget who they told you to be.” It is my belief that there is an epidemic of educational inequality towards black and brown boy’s. Unfortunately when racism tells the perfect lie, the truth is unbelievable. My mission it to continue to fight for liberation and justice for the betterment of all children. In the words of Frederick Douglass “ It is easier to build strong children than repair broken men”. Finally I truly believe when it comes to justice, one should try to apply this approach. “Guarantee that no one is mistreated,guaranteed that every person that needs help gets the most constructive help “.
