Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly sales tracking; weekly and monthly profit and loss summaries; supply purchasing; miscellaneous revenue tracking; trained new managers in office procedures for home store and other locations; helped coordinate and supervise the dining room and front desk during busy periods at lunch and dinner; customer service and quality control.
