Servicing ATMs for many different banks, my job is to diagnose and repair any issues in regards to PC software, hardware, communications and networking, VPN, firewalls, Symantec Endpoint, NetOp, and mechanical parts. I have to be flexible with scheduling, as well as have good communication skills to work with my own company and customers we serviced and interacted with on a daily basis. I use Microsoft Office on a daily basis to help me complete my work.

Installation and repair of AT&T U-verse. My jobs included running coaxial cable, CAT5 cable, hanging new lines from telephone poles to customers’ houses/businesses. I ensured that all connections inside the house were made properly, repairing what wasn’t, and making sure every piece of equipment was working. In some instances, I made new coax and CAT5, and RJ11 connections. I worked with a secure VPN and Microsoft Outlook to communicate with my team and management.

The job of a ProCare Fit Specialist is to fully analyze the feet and gait of a person in order to properly fit them into a shoe that is right for their specific situation. In addition to analyzing feet and gait, we measure feet, put shoes on people and properly check all the necessary measurements of a shoe on their feet.

I was a peer counselor, community builder, academic resource guide, programmer, and administrator. RAs spend a significant amount of time getting to know residents as individuals and generating enthusiasm as they bring students together to create floor and hall communities. RAs are responsible for other students, which means that a successful staff member must be sensitive to the needs of many different people. Recognizing differences takes sensitivity, understanding, self-confidence, and strength of character. Encouraged residents to respect one another, get involved with floor, hall and area activities, and provide information about campus resources.
