About Frank Beham
I have been Employed at Penn United Technologies Carbide Division since October 1995 where I started as a preform machinist apprentice. I completed my courses and received my Carbide Preform Machinist journeyman's certificate in October 1999. I worked in the preform machinist department running manual surface grinders, lathes and mills. In 2001 I took the position as Quotations/Customer Service Representative. In quotations I use my blue print reading, math, computer and manufacturing skills to determine the cost and lead times for the customer's needs. I work closely with our manufacturing and quality team so I can negotiate prices and lead times to meet our customer's needs.
