My healthcare area of expertise is electronic data interchange (EDI) with different ANSI 5010 transaction architectures while frequently working with SQL-based relational database management systems. My talents in customer service earned a promotion to our engineering team focused on quality assurance and ensuring thorough testing for timely software releases and analyzing & resolving software defects & enhancements for over ten years.
