- Responsible for the commissioning and startup of the Cogeneration plant. - 2 GE Frame 7EA Turbines with Nooter Erikson Duct Fired HRSG’s - Team consisted of contractors and full time equivalent staff working on startup operations - Single Point of Contact with EPC’s from Construction, Turnover, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Startup issues resolution. - Involved in schedule development / responsible for schedule adherence and Optimization.- Responsible for AESO schedule and WECC testing.- Safety in Transition Plan development and Implementation. - C&SU representative for deficiency/work to go issues implementation and resolution.- Support the Operations by participating in and providing input into the projects design, model reviews, HAZOP reviews, PSSR sessions document checking processes with the main focus on C&SU.

Shift Lead/Steam Engineer for the commissioning and start-up and now the lay up and preservation of the Cabin Gas Plant in Fort Nelson.Grass Roots Plant start-up for a 400mmscf/day dry gas plant including 42 MW power generation.Part of commissioning team involved in piping blows and flushes. Procedure development for commissioning and start-upAssisted in writing HS&E, Emergency, First Time Start Up and Safe Work ProceduresSystem walk downs and punch listing for area turnoverDCS training Participated in third party suppliers and vendor contract reviews, expectations, time lines and invoice approval. Management of various reporting including daily, weekly, monthly plant reports and daily gas nomination requirements.Outage coordinator of major shutdown work.Provided relief coverage for the Chief Engineer.Preparing, approving and isolating work for maintenance.Operation of water treatment plant including regenerations.Control of plant cycle chemistry for all plant boilers.Housekeeping, including inspections.
