I have just completed an enjoyable 5 months as Delivery Director at UBDS. Having previously retired from BT GS where I worked since 1996. In that time, I held various positions, Project Director, responsible for Visa International and Accenture. Programme Delivery Director responsible for Cap Gemini and Atos Origin. Client Service Director, accountable for Atos Origin, RBS and AVIS. Transition & Transformation Principal, responsible for Philips SDWAN global rollout and Credit Suisse delivering OCC and SDWAN globally. My last role commenced January 2022 it was as Transition & Transformation Principal responsible for IAG, this consisted of a data Centre move and transition of App Service to the cloud.

Telephony services were provided on a range of PABX suppliers, this is being replaced by an IP Telephony solution using a single service provider. The scope of the solution covers 36000 users, and is being provided using a BT Hosted IP Voice Platform provide by BT’s IPT supplier. Finally, service improvements to the LAN infrastructure have been carried out replacing obsolete LAN devices with LAN PoE devices. The service is the first to be fully PSN compliant that BT have delivered.Programme 2 The provision of IP Clear 21CN services and managed routers to sites capable of being accredited to IL3, replacing existing 20CN IP service. Roll out of 21CN based IP Clear products have provided Wide Area Connectivity (WAN) for Customer locations. The migration from legacy circuits to new circuits will be at 566 customer locations. This service is also fully PSN compliantProgramme 3 (Direct to Government)A transformation framework programme supporting multiple customers operating as a buying syndicate. Key customer vision and intent is for, cost saving and shared network service. Providing a managed network comprising WAN (Ethernet Connect) LAN, IPT. The main components in use are Cisco for WAN and LAN and Avaya for IPT voice. The solution is IL3 PSN compliant and covers 320 sites -
