Responsible for all Global Sourcing and Supplier Management for Infinera a $1.3B Optical Networking Provider.

Direct report to the CEO, responsibilities include setting the vision and driving all aspects of Supply Chain, SI&OP, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, Sales Operations, Services, and Quality. Budget responsibilities of >$200M with manufacturing sites in Taiwan, China, and the US. Leadership for a global team of 250+ employees in US, India, EMEA, Taiwan, Ireland, and Hong Kong. Reporting to the President, was responsible for the integration of the Lucent factory that was purchased by S-SCI. Responsible for all aspect of Operations, Supply Chain and Manufacturing including P&L ownership, driving incremental revenue from new market verticals and aligning with and supporting Sales on customer solutions.
