Executed property assessments and due diligence for the Rockingham Properties, LLC acquisition of the former NASCAR facility, Rockingham Speedway. After the August 2018 purchase, I shifted focus to marketing, programming and events/activation development for Q2 - Q4 2019 and beyond. I also oversaw the creation and execution of all marketing/brand content development including the website and social media channels.

Developed, executed and maintained all marketing, content/brand management & events for numerous hospitality operations in the Greater Raleigh NC region including Hibernian Irish Pubs, Xoco, Solas, The Station, Watts & Ward, The Raleigh Beer Garden and the Morgan Street Market & Foodhall.Maintained/created content and analytical management for 27 social media outlets on multiple platforms and 9 websites for all operations.Planned/executed and tracked all PR campaigns from local press and media to international travel press.
