-Source candidates from a variety of sources, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn, social media and search engines- Screen and assess candidates’ fit for a specific role- Educate and excite candidates about appropriate opportunities - Present screened qualified candidates to Staffing Manager or directly to hiring manager for review- Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process- Develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships- Communicate with hiring managers to ensure alignment with regard to staffing plans, candidate pipeline and achievement against hiring goals

- Implementation lead for company employee onboarding software- System Administrator for the PeopleFluent applicant tracking system- Lead new hire orientation program and streamlined new hire paperwork- Assists in Affirmative Action planning- Monitors the internal applicant tracking system, pre-screen applications, make recommendations and forward information to the appropriate hiring manager and/or the recruiter- Maintain effective communication and positive relationships with applicants, employees, management and vendors- Respond to applicants regarding status; navigate company career site and all other recruiting related applicant questions- Coordinate and schedule on-site interviews, for both local and out of state candidates- Book travel arrangements for out of area candidates- Assist with the preparation of materials for distribution such as benefit packages and orientation packets- Assist in other areas of the HR department as needed

- Coordinates the process of New Hires including document processing, scheduling orientations, and coordination with other departments to make sure related employee services are in place (badges, workspace, orientations, etc.)- May act as primary contact / liaison for all interview candidates including scheduling of interviews- Maintains human resource files and documents.- Maintains inventory of all necessary HR forms and materials; such as new hire orientation kits, termination kits, benefit forms and personnel files for new hires.- Maintains company Commuter program and Service Awards Program.- Assists with company events and special projects as necessary.
