(Jan 2011-Juni 2011)- Implementation Line Production. (was bay-build)- Numerous ICT improvements made in the XAL (ERP system). (e.g. automatic forecasting to suppliers, reminder listing, strategic BOM)- Implementation MPS (Master Production Schedule), Delivery performance production to customer from 30% on time to 90% on time from 2009 onwards.- Inventory reduction of 12%

Manager Materials, Planning and Warehousing

Manager inventory control, procurement, returns and inbound process.- Turnrate from below 5 in 2001 to over 6 in 2008. - +66% productivity by -10% in FTE and +50% sales by redesign processes and warehouse lay-out.- Delivery performance improvement of 93% in 2001 to 98% from 2004 to 2008.- 2007 Award for best logistics performance in the wholesale and/or production of plumbing and bathroom business.

Global Supply Chain Manager of the CSM product line. - Machines build in Japan, mainly sold in Europe and USA.- Costs savings of 1M euro a year with a leadtime reduction of 6 to 8 weeks resulting in a LT of 2 weeks for end-customer.

Sales Planner in IC's for the mobile telecommunication.- Dubble digit growth figures per month. - Planning IC's build for the first generation GSM's of Ericsson, Nokia, Philips and Siemens.- Planning IC's build in Caen (Fr), Nijmegen (NL), Albaquerque (USA), Zurich (CH) and Hamburg (Du)- Last 3 months based and working in Zurich, on project "Mont Blanc"
