I am thrilled to be the Financial Controller of the largest family owned Hotel Resort on historic Mackinac Island. Mission Point Resort has three highly acclaimed restaurants, two coffee shops, a gift boutique and a theater arts building with a movie studio and a full size auditorium. The swimming pool and our two hot tubes are enjoyed by many guests. The Great Lawn is a wonderful place to enjoy a picnic while freighters glide by. The outdoor Bistro restaurant is in the center of our 18 hole bent grass miniature golf course. If golf isn’t your game rent a bike on the promenade deck overlooking Lake Huron and ride the shoreline. I hope to see you on the Island! I was honored to previously lead the team at True North Golf Club as their General Manager/Controller for 9 years. We delivered amazing experiences for our Members and their guests at this award winning private golf club. I am an IRS Enrolled Agent, trained and enrolled to represent you or your business through practicing before the IRS. I am experienced in both business and Individual tax returns. Previous career experience Includes founding three businesses; a retail bicycle store, a Food & Beverage management company and Bower Accounting & Tax a bookkeeping/accounting & tax practice.
