As Lecturer in Sculpture in charge of organising, developing and conducting seminars, courses and studio-visits, on BA and MA level. Overseeing Thesis-works. Conducting Personal-Study-Plan-meetings. Working as a member of the Sculpture department unit, including adding to curriculum development of the unit as also adding as a unit member to the future alignment of the unit, in respect of theoretical and practical alignment, as also partly in respect of investment needs. Participating in the yearly selection committees for BA and MA applications. BA for the whole Academy (around 700–800 applications/yearly) and MA-applications for Sculpture. On administrational level member of the managemental group of the Academy of Fine Arts (Advisory board for the Dean of the Academy) for the season 2021–2023. Member of the library and publishing committee (deciding on which books, after a yearly open call and application process, can be published via the Academy) of the Academy of Fine Arts since 2018. Member of the University of Fine Arts Helsinki Equality and Diversity Committee (since 2022). As Lecturer in Sculpture also establishing and conducting international cooperation and exchanges (latest 2022–2023 exchange project with the Academy of Fine Arts in Nuremberg Germany). Member of two international research groups (stand of time April 2024: one on the topic of Artists Pedagogy and the other on Ecological Thinking). Yearly attendance and cooperation at KUNO-network meetings (Nordplus network comprising 18 major Nordic-Baltic fine art academies). Academy of Fine Arts nominee as member of the National Council of Visual Arts (and appointed by the Central Arts Council of the Ministry for Education and Culture for 2023–2024).

Head of sculpture department duties including whole budget responsibility. Responsible for students on Bachelor- and Master-level, 3 full time teachers, 2 technicians and about 10 part-time teachers per study year. Member of Academic council, University strategy planning and Academy curriculum-planning-group. Member of selection board for applicants (about 1000 per year of which 5% get access) on Bachelor- and Master-level. Overseeing bachelor- and master-thesis. Conducting seminars, courses and lectures. Leadership experience with additional training for leadership management and crisis handling.
