Primary Responsibility:Oversee all operations of Building Services, specific to hotel operators, building and asset managers.Manage and train service teams to achieve operational excellence.Set goals and expectations for direct report using annual performance review process and hold staff accountable for successful performance and increased costumer satisfaction.Research and analyze new products, pricing and standards, to ensure best available budget targets are meet.

Oversee facility management efforts of 5 story 355,000 square foot Hyatt Regency Hotel.Oversee maintenance of 468 guestrooms, indoor and outdoor pool, including a full service kitchen act as liaison to building owner, lead construction, remodeling, infrastructure projects and oversee contract services.Lead and direct the activities of electrical, mechanical, building and grounds and Pd M staffAdministrator of building automation system.Support and actively participate in all initiatives for quality and cost ensuring all work performed meet owners requirements and property standards, including ISO, OSHA, FDA and good building standards.Initiate and review all maintenance expense budgeting.Conduct annual training and performance reviews of staffImplementation of recycling program and building sustainability efforts on energy savings.Chair safety committee

Oversee maintenance of 468 room hotel with banquet and meeting rooms, a full service kitchen, two pools and a hot tub.Supervise design and installation of vegetable garden for hotel restaurantSupervise engineering staff and on site service contractorsMaintain all building mechanical systems, life safety and fire prevention systems
