A Training Specialist and Subject Matter Expert with nearly 36 years of helping military and defence organisations deliver collective and individual training. Working with the British and overseas armies to deliver leadership, management and technical training, I have headed three training establishments, written policy for the Army and Ministry of Defence, and built relationships that enable teams and organisations to work together. Particularly skilled in understanding requirements and challenging existing methodologies to create efficiencies and ensure up-to-date practice. Leaving the Army in 2024 and now discussing opportunities with companies in the South West to exploit my skills and experience.
