In 2016 Carroll Fairon Solicitors celebrated the 40th anniversary of the admission of Frank Carroll to the roll of solicitors admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.Frank qualified in 1976 with Bachelor’s degrees in both Law and Commerce from the University of Queensland, and since 1977 he has practiced as a principal solicitor, handling more than 25,000 matrimonial matters and a wide variety of other legal matters during his extensive legal career.Frank’s drive and commitment to represent members of his community saw him elected to Queensland State Parliament in 1995 as the Member for Mansfield, where he continued to serve in his constituency until and left that office in 1998 to establish Frank Carroll Solicitor at Wishart. Frank welcomed Elizabeth to partnership in July 2009, with the rebranding of our firm occurring in February 2010.As a highly regarded consultant, Frank continues to play a key role within Carroll Fairon Solicitors and is available for appointments at both our Brisbane and Sunshine Coast offices.
