Responsibilities including:- Business development & strategic planning- Client relationships and management , including risk management- Preparation of client submissions and fees, liaison, selection of team members to suit the client/ project, active and positive follow up, interview activity and negotiation of professional fees and service scope.- Project Delivery - Design and Documentation management- Client / Architect briefings to understand the clients’ business and overall business objectives’. - Compilation and overseeing of tailored briefing documentation including services cost estimation and programming.- Internal resource planning, coordination and management ensuring KPI's met including delivery of great documentation efficiently and cost effectively without rework.- Implementation of project Safety in Design procedures.- Management responsibility and Project Delivery – Contract Administration and Construction - Planning and cost management of resources to undertake thorough site inspection and reporting - Project close out - Post construction review and reporting - Team Management and Development• All financial forecasting, project and group cost analysis and presentations and reporting to Executive team.- Analysis of process effectiveness and efficiency.- Verify invoicing and collection of outstanding debt.- Technical overview and assistance of Mechanical engineers.- As part of the broader office management team, assist with the formal review of Key Performance Indicators and performance targets.
