Led internal and external communications for the North America division of this global insurer and reinsurer.

Managed internal communications for an international employee base of 22,000. Efforts were aimed primarily at expanding and improving the flow of information from the corporate offices to the field and in increasing employees’ understanding and support of the company’s direction and business strategies. Launched a range of internal communications vehicles.

Directed all internal communications products, services, support and solutions at New Jersey’s largest electric and gas utility while the company faced an uncertain marketplace as a result of impending deregulation legislation. Worked closely with business units to foster an open communications network and provide communications plans and solutions.

Responsible for all collateral associated with this four-year college’s athletic programs, including game programs, media guides and newsletter articles. Coordinated publication of articles about Upsala athletes in metropolitan newspapers, including The New York Times, Star-Ledger and New York Daily News.
