Responsible for the management of IT Project Office to support the planning and delivery of major IT Infrastructure and Application projects within BOC & Elgas, from ideation through to completion. Management of project team and processes to deliver projects on time, budget and with the desired outcomes.

• Responsible for the implementation of the Productivity program across the BOC & Elgas business in Region South Pacific (RSP) and for the delivery of annual cost and growth productivity targets. Additional responsibilities included being part of the PMO supporting project and change management expertise. • Delivering the Productivity program across all business streams (Manufacturing, Distribution, Business Processes and support functions) in Australia and New Zealand which successfully exceeded the annual cost productivity target and growth for 2020 and 2021.• Managing the program of change moving the organisation from a culture of cost management to continuous improvement. Aligning with global partners and lead change program (workshops, site visits, communications plan) to create the required mindset change to deliver the targets. • Acted as the business partner to each of the business units and functional areas to successfully achieve their productivity target by running ideation workshops, value stream mapping, productivity review, performance tracking, process governance and development of Tableau tracking dashboard.

• Part of the PMO team that coordinates the execution of Global programs and supports the RSP business with compliance and progress on their commitments to these programs. Responsible for providing RSP with program leadership, delivering of strategical project and providing project and change management expertise.• Delivering the Value Capture program and successful achievement of a cost saving Value Capture target for the RSP business in 2019.• Project managed and implemented a number of strategical business transformation projects across the Supply Chain and Production functions.

• Leadership Team of the South Pacific IT functions. Responsible for leading a team of IT Functional Consultants that is the primary contact point within IT for all application related topics for the organisation across RSP. The team are responsible to ensure the solutions implemented supports with the BOC business strategy. • Accountable and responsible for all IT applications including SAP ERP, SRM, BI and ICC (Linde custom integrated asset management solution with SAP ECC6), Salesforce apps and Cylinder Scanner solutions. Also responsible for the control of ERP application securities and batch job operations.• Improved system stabilisation and reduction of incidents by implementing processes and measurable reporting to drive improvements. 30% reduction in open incidents within the first year post the go-live of Linde Template for RSP. • Managed IT projects and programs through its application development lifecycle from business requirements through to solution development. Implemented a number of IT driven business transformational projects within Distribution, Supply Chain, Production and Healthcare functions.

• Leading the IT Support team that provides support for all Linde applications including SAP security and batch job management. Also responsible for the support of the Cylinder Scanner devices and applications. Supporting the organisation in providing IT user training and change management support.• Implemented application support process and set up management and operational reporting to enable continuous improvement to achieve production support targets and meeting service levels. • Implemented processes to ensure a stable production environment post Global SAP Linde Template go-live for RSP.

SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Customer Service (CS) Functional Lead responsible for transforming the Maintenance business across RSP by implementing the Global SAP PM/CS Linde Template solution. Responsible for business requirement, system design, business process design, configuration setup, custom functionality developments, data migration, testing, defect management, training, change management and go-live support.• Implemented SAP PM module from legacy Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system Maximo to SAP ERP ECC6 to align with Global Linde Template. • Implemented SAP CS module to enable automated Resource Related Billing (RRB). • Implemented Prometheus, an SAP add-on solution which enabled productivity and process improvements within the SAP PM/CS module. Functionalities implemented; Prometheus Dashboard, Print Manager, Graphical Work Order Scheduling and Work Order Mass Change.

Worked on various role as part of the BOC IT Graduate Development Program. • Project Manager - IT infrastructure project, implementation of IT infrastructure and telephony PABX for a greenfield production site. - IT application project, enhancing a real-time Global agent system by improving functionality and agent user experience. Accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification for the project. • Incident ManagerManaging the IT Helpdesk and incident management on high priority incidents of all IT and Telephony related issues. • SAP EDI Functional AnalystImplementation of multiple SAP EDI projects with customers and vendors. Collaborating and implementing integration on multiple processes via SAP PI/PO. • SAP TrainerProviding SAP training to end users through classroom and virtual trainings. • Business AnalystImplementation of AVAYA PABX and Genesys IVR telephony system across Australia and New Zealand.
