Manage local/non-local promotions, student recruitment, and admissions of undergraduate students for the university. Handled university level administrations (committees, HR-related, and budgeting) and supervisory duty in the Admissions Office with a team of around 20 people.

Managed the strategic marketing of IELTS exam products in the East Asia region (Portfolio includes Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam). Head a small regional team of four in driving exam sales, overseeing marketing activities that are heavily digital. Job portfolio includes SEO tuning, management of media buy via agency (SEM, Display, Facebook/Instagram), conversion-driven performance marketing, management of contents on social media and digital assets, and management of a sizable regional budget.

Driving international undergraduate student recruitment strategies. Initiate and integrate digital strategies into the recruitment plan to keep up with the evolution in the industry, in order to continuously entice high-quality talents to City University of Hong Kong. Bring a data-driven approach to re-align suitable KPIs for the education landscape in Hong Kong's tertiary institutions. Managed to double enrollment figures of international students during the two years in charge.

Help shaped and headed a team of 7 for spearheading the School's internationalisation, marketing and branding, public relations and alumni connections. Involved in a strategic role, setting up the internationalisation plan for the Business School and implementing them with specific KPIs. Initiated and completed the School's website revamp project, with the site winning Standard of Excellence in Education Award for WebAward 2016.

Involved in marketing and student recruitment for the university outside of Hong Kong. Extensively traveled and explored various markets for international student recruitment. Established new markets for the university namely India, Taiwan, South Korea, Turkey, and South Africa with good recruitment results. Other markets handled include Malaysia, Indonesia, Sweden, and the entire Mainland China.

Working for the Hong Kong service industries, especially Logistic and Education. Planned and executed exploratory trips to various parts of the world, bringing senior executives in the industry to connect with potential trade partners overseas, via exhibitions, study tours, seminars and etc. Organised the large scale events including the annual Hong Kong Logistic Awards.

In charged of credit-related due diligence for China and International companies, writing and compiling credit reports in assessment of credit risk. Heads a small team of 2 for the company.
