I provide staff training in the areas of leadership, growth and development. I design and facilitate professional development for staff teams, including retreats for staff and staff training at schools and industry workplaces.

I have been teaching Mathematics at Rosebank College, an independent secondary school for girls and boys, on a semester-basis whilst settling back into Sydney this year.

As Deputy Principal of over 1200 students and 130 staff, I exercised stewardship for aspects of culture, staff management and student welfare. I led the revisioning the Human Resources processes for recruitment in close consultation with legal and governance compliance requirements. Working closely with the Board, I helped shape the vision for the College community through strategies and deliverable programs. This included constructing a new team, new office space and designing through to tendering of a 200+ person Chapel to deliver key aspects of cultural Identity and Mission for College. After a most fruitful first year, I had to move back to Sydney for family reasons.

I worked as a consultant for 50 Principals regarding their staff's formation and leadership growth and development, enabling them to come up with localised operational and strategic plans in this area. As part of this I designed and delivered a number of programs to staff members. This role involved working in head office, designing and conducting courses for future and current Principals, Assistant Principals and school leaders. One of these courses gained formal equivalency as a Masters-level unit.

Working with the Headmaster, Rector and Board of Management, I was charged with developing the programs and processes pertaining to the Jesuit Ethos of the College. This involved working with students, staff, parents and alumni. I was fortunate to learn from with 30 leaders of Jesuit schools across four continents across five years. This ranged from presenting at JSEA.org Colloquiua in the United States through to establish Service-Immersion programs in Lesotho, through to co-leading workshops for all board members of Jesuit schools in Zimbabwe - through to regular pan-European meetings in Paris where we shared the architecture for staff training and formation. I was invited by Boston College High School to consult in their inaugural International Colloquium of Jesuit Secondary Education for leaders of Jesuit schools throughout the world.
