I fully endorse ITIL principles and have expertise in Incident, Change and Problem management.Service Delivery and customer perception are key elements to how successful, or otherwise, a business performs. Communication – written, verbal, presentable and professional is key in every aspect. I like to work, and encourage colleagues and stakeholders, to follow organised policy and process. My experience has taught me every problem has a solution and to take positivity from every outcome. I am a fully focused Service Delivery/Operational Manager. I am innovative and always seeking to introduce improvements into business process, transition processes and delivering positive results.I am a dedicated, customer focused person. I always seek to improve and introduce methods which enhance my teams’ performance. I thoroughly enjoy a ‘hands on approach’ to day to day business, meeting customers, and liaising with suppliers.I have experience of managing Field Service Teams, Administrators, Customer Service Desks, Project Managers, Sales, Account Managers and complete Business Units, with full P&L responsibility. My skill sets are transferable as I have demonstrated by moving from an industry I worked in for 30 years (Telecoms) to a different sector (Engineering – Oil & Gas). Also as a retired Senior SFA Referee I have faced tension, anger and big crowds - so no stranger to making big decisions!!
