Frank is a Partner in McKinsey & Company’s Advanced Industries and Strategy and Corporate Finance practices. He has over 14 years of professional experience, now advising decision makers in Advanced Industrial markets (primarily Aerospace & Defense), supporting clients in complex, end-to-end M&A (from strategy through post-merger integration) and technology strategy. Before joining McKinsey, Frank worked as a Systems Engineer at Raytheon Missile Systems and GE Aviation, enabling a uniquely wide range of exposure to both the technical and business side of the industry. Frank received a MS in Aerospace Engineering from ASDL at Georgia Tech, and a BSE from Duke University in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science. He also has a knack for global travel and experience, stemming from his High School education in Beijing, China. He also likes to think he can play a decent round of golf every now and then.
