Since acquisiton, serving on divisional leadership team with strategic financial planning, integration and reporting responsibilities for this new business unit within Stryker.Prior to acquisition, led all aspects of SEC reporting, internal reporting budgeting and forecasting, risk management, cost accounting and accounting operations for this biomaterials company with $100.0 million in sales revenue. •Developed forecasting model (Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow) providing key performance indicator projections. •Managed strategic facilities expansion project saving $1.8 million in lab expansion costs and development of the Company’s 5- year strategic Facility plan.•Managed 2010 insurance renewal process resulting in a 25% savings ($300,000) compared to 2009 with significant increases in business interruption and contingent business interruption coverage.•Directed 15 accounting professionals.
