I have been fortunate to collect IT leadership experience across IT Service Delivery, IT Service Management, Applications Management, Project Management, Program Management, business partnership/PMO and Business Process Re-engineering roles. I adopt a pragmatic approach to meeting customer expectations, adopting frameworks that suit the use case at hand. I have worked across the Finance, Property, Technology and Utilities industries and in all roles, have found that investing in and valuing supplier partnerships has consistently delivered additional value and innovation. I have successfully led large and diverse teams, geographically and across an amalgamation of full time staff, consultants and third party suppliers. I enjoy working with people at all levels and cultivate inclusive team behaviours and diversity of thought. I enjoy working with the business on strategy and solutions to mitigate risks or realise opportunities. Technology change is, as always, constant. It has been a wild ride to date and I am looking forward to the future.
