The site serviced 63 Sam’ s Clubs retail stores in AZ, CA, HI, NM, NV, TX, UT and is the largest 3PL in the Sam’s Club network. Managed four departments with >220 union and non-union employees and 20 key staff members. Oversaw 400,000 sq. ft. main distribution center with an additional 75,000 sq. ft. in five offsite storage facilities; inventory value of $17 million with a SKU base of 9,000 and annual B2B and B2C sales of >$400 million.Received >90 scheduled deliveries consisting of 40,000-50,000 units daily. The SWDC facility is a 1.2 million sq. ft. distribution center in Perris, CA. This facility serviced 60% of the store demand. In 2015 Ross Stores, Inc. achieved 11.9 Billion in sales, servicing 1,274 stores in 32 states.Managed the planning of shuttle deliveries from and to offsites facilities. The volume supported the South West Distribution Center with replenishment merchandise for store demand, based on sales. Responsible for 2 offsite Storage facilities• H2DC: 435,000 sq. ft. with 76,000 locations, 30 associates and 1 supervisor• Weber 3PL: 465,000 sq. ft. with 62,000 locations, 10 associates and 1 supervisor, both facilities contained >$220 million in inventory

Managed the distribution center, 3PL and transportation that shipped La Victoria & Embasa brand sauces and other Mexican foods. Oversaw 400,000 sq. ft. warehouse with 180-item SKU base, $20 million inventory, and $110 million in B2B and B2C annual sales. Worked closely with the production, co-packers, customer service and sales teams.Managed all freight lanes and negotiated pricing with carriers including LTL, OTR and intermodal. Oversaw all 3PL and warehouse inventory transfers to ensure projects and product were available to meet sales demands. Created lean processes and created SOP’s to improve order selector performance. Managed KPI’s to ensure the operations hit all monthly and annual P & L requirements.Oversaw the QC Department and monitored all QC audits, to ensure all product was meeting all HACCP and SOP processes.
