• Led the agile workflow for a mobile (iOS & Android) and a backend team in the digital money movement space, leading the transition of the Billpayment experience; gathered metrics, removed impediments and sponsored initiatives that led to an 18% reduction in lead times across both teams.•Utilizing SAFe principles, led monthly Program level planning (four teams, design staff, SBB team and Program leads) to identify dependencies, determine way ahead and update delivery projections resulting in less impediments and more reliable delivery.•Served as an Agility Health Coordinator, guiding 8 teams retrospectives and mentoring ADLs on identifying and accomplishing action items to enhance their teams performances. Served as the program manager for all Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN), Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and Special Operations Forces Site Exploitation (SOFSE) lines of effort. Responsible for the training, equipping and modernization of CBRN and SOFSE for the entire 23,000 person command, with forces deployed worldwide in combat and non-combat environments. Evaluates and develops new equipment and technologies with civilian industries in order to deliver critical capabilities to Special Forces Operators.

Commanded a Chemical Reconnaissance Detachment supporting the 3rd Special Forces Group in worldwide deployments with CBRN and technical exploitation expertise.

Headquarters and Headquarters Company is the largest company in the Battalion. It conducts many varied missions daily in support of all Battalion missions. With the diverse military occupational specialties within the Company, the Soldiers of HHC 1/3 provide a full range of support, to include: personnel and administration, security, planning and training for tactical and ceremonial missions, logistical support of all missions, tactical and non-tactical communications, medical care, as well as support to all matters of ceremonial and memorial affairs events.HHC also contains the U.S. Army Caisson Platoon, with over 50 Soldiers and 60 horses, and the Presidential Salute Battery, with over 50 Soldiers and 10 World War II era howitzers to render honors for dignitaries and visiting heads of state. In addition to their daily support, soldiers from Headquarters and Headquarters Company perform missions in both a direct and supporting roles, and are an integral part of the over 6,000 ceremonial and tactical missions conducted each year

Serves as the Brigade Chemical Officer in a 2 battalion, 12 Company, 1,600 Soldier Infantry Regiment permanently deployed in the National Capital Region. The Old Guard is the only Infantry Regiment of its kind in the Army. The Chemical Officer is responsible for the planning, resourcing, and synchronization of CBRN training and operations; serves as the Brigade Contingency Operations and Emergency Management Planner; responsible for the planning, resourcing, and synchronization of the Rescue Support Platoon; serves as the Brigade LNO to JFHQ-NCR JOC during designated NSSEs and contingency operations; and serves as the Brigade USR Officer and is responsible for the monthly Unit Status Report briefings. Additionally, provides oversight of the Brigade’s METL revisions and assessments.

Conducted training in the Special Forces Qualification Course as an 18A Candidate. Graduate of the Army Special Operations Forces Captain's Course (ARSOF CC), rated as number one in the class. Completed the Introduction to Unconventional Warfare (IUW), Small Unit Tactics (SUT) and survival training. Clearance of Top Secret/Top Secret Compartmentalized Information (TS/TSCI).

In charge of all relations with partnered Kuwait Land Forces units, with responsibilities to include conducting Key Leader Engagements (KLE), planning, scheduling and coordinating joint training, planning, coordinating and leading knowledge exchanges and all official unit contact with Kuwaiti forces.

In charge of developing, equiping and training a Mechanized Infantry Battalion (900 personnel and over 200 vehicles) for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense. Ensured that the unit conducted annual training requirements and maintained the proper protective equipment and posture in order to protect the unit from hazards while training stateside and for any potentional forward deployments. Also served as the HAZMAT Officer and Radiological Safety Officer. Deployed in this capacity to the National Training Center (NTC) at Ft. Irwin, California and to Camp Beuhring, Kuwait. Also served as the Unit Status Report (USR) Officer, in charge of maintaining and creating the monthly status report that tracked the readiness and training of the Battalion, its soldiers, vehicles and equipment in order to maintainthe Battalion's ability to deploy in support of the Global War on Terror. Also served as Assistant Operations - Plans (AS3 Plans) and Assistant Operations - Protection, with duties covering long term planning, training and the production of operations orders.

Student at the Maneuver Support Center for Excellence (MANSCEN) for Chemical, Biological, Nuclear, Radiologic (CBRN) and HAZMAT training in the Chemical Basic Officer Leader Course (CBOLC).Competed for and was awarded a slot in the US Army Ranger school through the Ranger Regiment. Following graduation from CBOLC, attended and graduated the 75th Ranger Regiment's Small Unit Ranger Tactics (SURT) and attended Ranger School. Graduated Ranger School in June.

Served as a Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) recruiter for the New York City area, covering Orange, Putnam, Rockland and Westchester Counties, as well as the Bronx, Manhatten, Queens and Brooklyn. Supported the New York City Triathalon, the Junior ROTC Camp Patriot, facillitated all ROTC, National Guard and Reserve candidates attendance to the Air Assault School at Camp Buckner (West Point), and conducted numerous recruiting events across the entire area.

Developed an artificial intelligence that successfully identified chemical lab components in real time with an app based interface to label and track the findings during an exploitation. The AI was tested by Special Operations Forces CBRN personnel during the 1st Special Forces Command CBRN Validation Exercise at the Dugway Proving Grounds, Utah.
