Lead a team of site-based HSEQ Advisors across multiple Oil & Gas contracts with a variety of clients and over 40 sites, both offshore & onshore.Provide HSEQ support to help improve awareness & skillsets across an portfolio of oil & gas sitesManage day-to-day operation of the HSEQ Systems Develop initiatives to keep the safety message fresh & interestingEnsure compliance with Health & Safety Management and Envoronmental systems to relevant ISO, OHSAS and AS/NZs Standards, Codes, Acts and RegulationsMaintain and conduct HSE requirements including all relevant staff training requirements. Liaise with key client stakeholders to align proceduresConduct internal and external audits as required Ensure smooth and efficient operation of OHSMS, conducts workplace inspections, safety walks & conversations, safety audits, actively promotes OHS awarenessHSEQ performance reporting to leadership team & client focal points.Conduct internal audits for operational performance, food safety, operational safety & compliance
