Consolidated Offshore Delivery Center (ODC) management across multiple 3rd Party Providers launching +24 ODC facilities across India and Eastern Europe supporting 4,000+ resources as well as the approach and oversight to support a quick transition to WFH Contingent Remote access due to the COVID19 Pandemic. The role also included the responsibilities of contract management, commercial terms negotiation, and governance of services (MSA & SOW OKR, CPI and SLA) for each sourced contract as well as data protection, security and access management. As the prior Global Head of Investment and Financial Management Systems for 15+years was responsible for creating, developing and implementing long range technology solutions from a strategic perspective. Focus includes Front Office for equity, fixed income and taxable investment management and trading systems with direct experience in global portfolio management, trade & order management, risk management, compliance, credit analysis, and quantitative research. Middle Office systems for trade admin, match and settle, SWIFT integration as well as Back Office systems for fund accounting, compliance, treasury, securities lending, reconciliation, ETF, proxy, corporate actions, fund tax and reporting. Led the globalization of Front, Middle and Back Office services in support of a follow-the-sun trade, settlement and accounting strategy in the EMEA with direct focus in London, Hong Kong, Melbourne, and the US. Support of big data for investment management analytics as well as cloud enablement of enterprise data services for investment product, account and portfolio services for both domestic and international business services.
