With the 20+ years working in the trade I have made it my point to Train and Mentor Individuals in the Craft Skills and in Safety. I have learned to think outside the box to solve issues. As a Lead Finisher was to hand in hand with Concrete Superinendent setting up jobs, layout, blueprint reading, formwork (slab on grade and pour walls), placement of concrete ( truck or pump), finishing concrete. My job was also to train and mentur craft to issure the job was done safe, quality job is done and being in the project in under budget.
