I am self-employed and co-owner of our “Professional Coaching Practice.” My wife and I are both certified coaches and started our business in 2018 after losing about 150 pounds as a couple. We provide personalized one-on-one coaching and guidance designed especially for busy professionals. Our focus is on coaching for weight loss without invasive procedures, emphasizing a physician-led approach that’s safe and predictable.We have experience working with those with diabetes, kidney disease, hypertension, high cholesterol, menopausal woman, nursing mothers, senior citizens, teenagers, and many others. We have many different plans and programs, each tailored to your individual needs and goals. We are available in all 50 U.S. States and all our programs are safe and affordable. My background is in Cardiothoracic Surgery as a licensed and certified first assistant.
