As a Vistage Chair I organize and lead high performing peer advisory boards. We are preparing for another great city wide Vistage Executive Summit on November 15, 2018. This is an opportunity for our 10 active Vistage groups in Birmingham to come together and meet with other members and guests. After graduating from Vanderbilt University and serving in the Air Force, I went to work for my family business, a Pella window distributor operating in 5 Southeastern states. As CEO and Owner I was fortunate to have assembled a team that successfully guided our company through the challenges of growth and the pressures of economic cycles. In May 2011, after 41 years, I sold my Pella business and have since committed myself to helping other business owners as a business coach, intermediary, facilitator and advisor while expanding my involvement in the Boys & Girls Clubs and other civic and ministry endeavors.
