As a Production Manager in the metal finishing industry for the past 22 years, I have been able to fine tune my management skills along with training and ability to multi task. Starting as a machine operator and working my up to management has allowed me to understand key aspects of each position on the floor. Passing this information to new hires and helping develop their skills has lead to longevity of employees time with the company.As the Lead Technician for all NADCAP audits, we have successfully passed inspection each of my 22 years on the job.
