Viziqor Solutions was formed as a merged entity from Daleen Technologies and Abiliti Solutions. Viziqor subsequently acquired Protek Telecommunications Solutions. At Viziqor, I differentiated and merged product lines and processes creating unique value propositions and pricing strategies while supporting new sales opportunities including driving the successful onboarding of our largest new contract in Bogotá, Colombia as the executive sponsor. I also identified strategic value through active involvement in due diligence activities for the acquisition of new companies.

Post-acquisition of an existing Toronto-based company and creation of our Canadian subsidiary, I assumed leadership of this operation and grew it to 110 employees focused on the development and support of Customer Care and Electronic Bill Presentment software. As COO, I also worked closely with clients to define the ongoing product vision and strategy for the team.Transformed the organization by unifying processes for product management, development, professional services, and support while building out a new facility more suited to attracting top talent.
