1. In-charge of 3 operation locations, Shanghai, Dongguan and Bangalore, India. H/C of IDL: 130, includes 40 engineers H/C of DL: 1500 operators in SH, 700 in DG and 350 in India2. Organization includes, a) Process engineering management of molding, LDS, SMT, painting, assembly; b) Production management;c) Quality control;d) Automation device design and development;e) New manufacturing technology research;f) Industry Engineering.3. Development of appropriate processes to manage production capacity, continue to drive productivity by lean principles, and ensure right labor levels;4. Drive manufacturing and quality performance management, metrics, policy deployment, root cause and countermeasure analysis;5. Establish, review and control budgetary cost, new project investment analysis;6. Manufacturing champion, introduce new project into mass production with good quality and efficiency level in time;7. Drive the efforts to achieve the EHS requirements and ongoing improvement activities.
