Asia Retail System OperationResponsible for Asia region retail store support include store opening/system roll out/daily operation.Manage cross region / brand with multiple team members in SH & TK, leverage vendor outsourcing resource.Manage budget for Asia region and seek for optimization with cost vs performance.

Responsible for Coach Asia Retail store support, covered over 300 stores in Asia countries from PRC/HK/MC/TW/KR/SG/MY.Responsible for the new stores opening/renovation/relocation project in all Coach Asia region, include Japan. Provide the IT devices/service for those projects include POS/CCTV/Audio/Security/Shoppertrak/T&A/Infra Network.Run the operation of Retail support as in-house level 2 support, to provide case support/problem management, change management to support business.Manage vendor to integrate with Coach expected IT SLA, track the vendor performance, ensure the service delivery Manage the retail IT related inventory/Budget Capex/OpexBuild the new technology prototype service in pilot stores

Responsible for Asia Coach office daily support, include total 13 official sites, over 1100 users. Run the operation of IS support as first layer troubleshooting support, maintain the process until the service recovered. Supervise the inventory management, manage the IS OPEX, deal with the vendors for IS service(partial outsourcing), Hardware/Software purchase, Telecom across all Asia offices in China Mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippine.Responsible for compliance with IT process and standards, audit.Retail system resource management:Deliver IT service / solution for new store opening projects, include new open/renovation/relocation/temp pop-up.Vendor management, include contract, SLA, tracking performance status and integrate the solution/resource into Coach daily operation work.Identify the new technology solution for business requirement in retail environment, provide proof of concept to deliver in stores.Bridge with business to address the process/system opportunity to mitigate the risk and improve efficiency.Manage IT opex/capex, include from hardware/software purchase and service expense.Manage inventory, hardware portfolio/standard definition, and IT vendor support process.

Responsible for more than 7 locations offices support with 800+ end users, support over 200 store network.

Infrastructure Responsible for Retail network Covered in Asia region, PRC,HK,MC,SG,TW,MY and KR, responsible for over 200 stores network and network related solution.Worked with oversea circuit provider for the network solution include new store circuit installation, new region network migration, and daily support for new application, and security management for both wired and wireless network.

Deliver the deployment and engineering support of data technologies with a focus on Asia Pacific locations. Deploy appropriate data and voice technologies and architecture to support Accenture's various business connectivity needs across multiple locations and in a complex environment. Provide operational support for deployed technology including Tier 3 escalation and operational changes. Co-ordinate vendor delivery of network service, hardware and software to agreed service levels and budgets. Co-ordinate complex network projects across multiple locations with minimal supervision or guidance. Engineer integration of various network technologies. Provide pre sales support, technology integration and supplemental deployment of networking technologies to client environments and managed service customers. Maintain a high level of knowledge on the deployment of network technologies.
