Hello! My name is Frank Echevarria. I have been working in information technology for about seven years and still counting. My education in IT began in 2015 at Lorenzo Walker Technical College. Over the course of my course, I obtained my CompTIA A+ certification and began employment at Naples Computers as a system support technician. I was at Naples Computers for two years, servicing Naples, FL, with in-house technical needs and business service calls for various locations across the county. During my time there, I went from System Support Technician to Assistant Manager, ending my career there in February 2018 as the General Store Manager. A+ Naples Computers, I also obtained my CompTIA Network+ certification.In 2018, Collier County Public Schools employed me as a System Support Technician, providing technical and customer support across the school district. Within 2021, I was promoted to Field Service Manager, and by December 2021, I was taking on a new role and challenge of Assistant Supervisor for Field Operations and Technology. My current employment is within Collier County Public Schools. During my time here, I have obtained my CompTIA Security +, Certified Associate in Project Management, Information Technology Infrastructure Library Version 4 certification, and Cisco Certified Support Technician in Networking Certification.The current listed certifications are still valid, along with my employment with CCPS. I am enrolled at Florida SouthWestern State College to continue my education toward a Networking and Information Technology Degree.

My duties at Naples Computers as a System Support Technician is to provide excellent Customer Service while assisting in every technical aspect possible. To ensure when a client walks into our shop that they feel that they are in a positive environment while receiving the technical assistance they desire. I provide theses functions but not limited to Virus Removal, to ensure that an Operating System whether Windows or Mac OSX is responding and running as clean as possible.Proper local and cloud storage backups for clients machines in an event that data was accidentally removed from a system or if a system becomes to unstable and needs to be reloaded from scratch. Migrating data to their proper native folder locations.Testing out Physical Hardware Components to verify functionality. Replace faulty parts upon testing.Installing the latest updates whether for single applications or for whole Operating Systems such as Windows OS and Mac OSX.I also provide Remote Support Sessions for residential and business clients that are unable to bring their device into the shop.
