CurrentWTLLC is a private company formed in early 2009 by Kent C. Bingham, Michael K. Walden and Frank C. Eubanks III. WTLLC was founded to protect and further certain intellectual property and technological innovations, inventions and applications of inventor Michael K. Walden and the Founders, including intellectual property relating to W.A.M.M., (Walden Amplified Magnetic Motor) and to facilitate the visionary applications of new energy and transitional transportation ideas of its founders. Development work on W.A.M.M. and other alternative energy systems began in the 1990’s. Successful laboratory tests have been conducted since the early 2000's. Patent Application #12/478,550 was filed in 2009 and the decision was made to move forward with prototyping. Intellectual property rights relating to the W.A.M.M. have been assigned to WTLLC. WTLLC will enter into a Sublicensing Agreement with GEMS, (its operating Subsidiary), which will facilitate the licensing efforts of GEMS relative to the W.A.M.M. technology for terrestrial vehicle applications in the North American market.GEMS is a closely held company and a subsidiary of WTLLC. The GEMS team has collaborated with associates in engineering, production and development in order to demonstrate applications of the W.A.M.M. in transportation and alternative energy. GEMS’ mission is the development, licensing and deployment of the W.A.M.M. (through the private sector) for the enhancement of the energy security of the U.S. and to aid in the reversal of current energy, economic and environmental dilemmas.
