I have been building stairs for over 33 yrs. I am originally from Long Island N.Y. and now am located in Wilmington, N.C. In 2012 I started to develop a stair system that would solve all current stair problems from design to finish. After 5yrs of R&D I applied for a patent. In 2019 the US gov. granted me a patent for my design. This design is a wedge tread stair box system that is only stair system that is guaranteed not to squeak! Using CAD drawings, CNC precise cutting and engineered building materials CONVERT-A-STAIR comes drywall,trim,carpet,paint and upfit ready delivered and installed with framing package. All product used in the construction of the stairs are backed by MFG warranties. That means no more temporary stairs! Framers will install right away for a safe and perfect fit every time, guarantied. Also, you now have the opportunity to coordinate your flooring to your stairs. We offer treads and rail parts that we make with same method that the flooring MFG used to make engineered wood, LVP and laminates. These products come with an AC4 finish to give them a 30yr warranty just like the flooring. The stair treads come modified from the factory for perfect fit! NO need for cutting on site.
